If you are cleaning to satisfy a landlord or a property manager, ask for their move-out checklist and send it over. We would rather work to their list than guess at it and have you back on the phone.
Booking around a moving date
Move-out days slip, so we ask for your handover date and a realistic window for when the last of the boxes leave. We work Monday to Sunday, 7am to 7pm, which usually leaves room to clean after the movers and before a walkthrough. Water and power need to be on for us to do the job properly. Pricing is quoted flat and upfront once we know the size and condition of the property, and first-time customers get 15% off.
